In addition, INTRAME plants are built according to the specific needs of our clients, offering a wide range of optional components. All plants are designed to facilitate assembly and disassembly, as well as transportation conditions.

One of the advantages of the INTRAME plants is the automation, which allows the control of the plant with automatic, semi-automatic and manual mode. All the components are commercial. The dryers can burn any fuel: LPG, gas-oil, fuel oil, gas, recycled oils, coal dust, etc

We work with Liquid Gas Solutions

We are striving to convert as many Asphalt Plants as possible to LPG. The benefits compared to standard fuel oil are huge.

LPG is generally half of what you have been paying for fuel Oil. Typically an asphalt plant would use 30- 35% more LPG than Oil to achieve the same production on your Asphalt plant, however the cost savings and environmental benefits are huge.

In addition to the financial savings your business will make, you will also improve your environmental credentials and reduce CO2 emissions by up to 20% by moving to LPG, an d a further 90% when we transition to renewable liquid gases in the years ahead. The other associated benefits are an improvement in the air quality on site, together with reduced maintenance on the burner and associated plant parts due to the clean burning characteristics and nature of LPG as a fuel.

Electric Hot Asphalt Storage

The ECOBOX range allows for hot asphalt storage. The asphalt is kept fresh and hot until needed. 



The patented technology allows complete heat distribution across the entire ecobox plates. 

The units are designed to keep your valuable hot asphalt ready and fresh for over 24 Hrs. Our static range includes:
• 5ton   • 10ton   • 15ton   • 20ton   • 30ton

These tonnages are the holding capacities of each static unit. These units are all Electric units. We do not supply diesel options. The units are easy to operate with hydraulic door operation. Fully insulated including floor, doors and lid.
